Features
All Beachjobz.com subscribers are given access to our suite of HR Tools. Custom and Unlimited subscribers are also given access to the Featured Employer Package.
HR Tools includes:
Google Map Locator - The locator shows where the job is on a Google Map.
Job Title/Description Database - We have more then 10,000 job titles and 300 job descriptions in our database to help you create job listings.
Job Manager - Our Job Manager allows you see which jobs are active (publicly listed), which listings are sending emails when applications are being submitted, how many days are left for a job listing to be active, and to create and edit job listings.
Application Manager - As applications come in, the Applications Manager can send an email notification with the full application. The application is also stored in the database so it can be reviewed alongside other applications. The application can be ranked, and forwarded via email to another person for review.
Job Seeker Profile/Resume Database access - Job Seekers can create a profile, including a resume, which they can save to the Beachjobz database using the My Beachjobz section of the site. Employers with a subscription account can search this database when they need to hire quickly.
Featured Employer Package includes:
HotJobz! - Designating a job listing a HotJobz! gives the listing an extra edge when job seekers are searching. HotJobz! are listed on the home page in its own box. When the logo for HotJobz! is clicked on, the viewer is taken to a page where all the HotJobz! are displayed. Unlimited Subscribers can designate up to three listings as Hot Jobz!
Banner Ads on Site - We will randomly display banner ads for Featured Employers on selected pages of the site. The banner ad will link to a Company Page, described below.
Company Page - The Company's page will list the Company's active job listings. It will also include a detailed blurb about the company, and it will also provide a direct link to the company's URL address. Beachjobz will also provide a direct URL for the company to use in ads in our partner newspapers which links directly to their company page (e.g. http://www.beachjobz.com/FeaturedEmployer).
