Beachjobz.com provides tools to employers to help manage the process of recruiting new employees. Posting a job on beachjobz.com is the first step in creating a pool of candidates for an existing need or as part of a plan for future needs. Managing the job listings, reviewing the applications, selecting from those who to interview and setting up those interviews, are all part of the process beachjobz.com helps facilitate.
In order to post jobs on beachjobz.com, an employer will need to create an account. There are three types to choose from. One type of account, our Limited Subscription Account, is geared towards businesses with one location who need to hire a few new employees. For businesses with multiple locations that are hiring more than a few positions, we offer an Unlimited Subscription Account, which allows employers to post as many jobs as they need whenever they need to for as long as they need to. For larger companies that want an online recruitment solution, Beachjobz.com offers a Custom Subscription Account, which provides a business a version of Beachjobz that is designed to match the business' web site and which lists that business's job openings.
For all types of accounts, you'll have access to the Employer's Administrative Section. There, you'll have tools to help you post your job. We have over 2,100 job titles in our database. There are over 100 sample job descriptions to help finish writing the job listing.
Once you've listed the job opening, job seekers will be able to apply for the position. When someone submits their application, the application is saved to the database for later review, and at the employer's choice, an email can be sent to the recruiter.
As part of the application review process, beachjobz.com provides a number of tools to help select the best candidates for the job. For example, in a listing for a lifeguard or nurse, there is a field for the applicant to list their credentials. For foreign (and domestic) workers, there is a field in the application for a link to a web (video) resume, so the hiring manager can have an additional means of rating the applicant. And we have a method of ranking the applicants to make the selection process more easily managed.
